The staff were so helpful, I felt like a queen with a round-the-clock concierge service and currency exchange. The terrace and restaurant were delightful, especially the à la carte or halal breakfast - a feast fit for a princess.

Breakfast delights, I only wish they served the hot foods upon request instead of making a large quantity that ends up cold. They could also add a variety of hot drinks to choose from.

The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, with a large TV and fast Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us with recommendations for our city trip.

Our bathroom had a persistent and unpleasant odor. We also experienced a drainage issue with our shower, and while the staff did their best to help and even offered us a different room to shower in, it was still a bit of an inconvenience.

The double room we stayed in at Incanto Residencial was amazing! It had a private bathroom with a bath or shower, which was so convenient. The hairdryer and slippers provided were a nice touch.
